KY Medicaid plans accepted: United Health Care, Wellcare, and Aetna. 

(Medicaid plans can be changed by simply calling your local Medicaid office)

  • Weight Loss Clinic - walk in:

         Monday-by appointment only

         Tuesday ~ Friday  9am-4pm

         Closed for lunch daily 12pm-1pm

Is your office easily accessible?

Yes we are located right across from the former Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital building. We are on ground level, so there are no steps or stairs which makes wheelchair use very easy, in and out of the building
